基于SPME-GC-MS法分析美花石斛花的香气组成 被引量:12

摘要 为探索美花石斛花的香气成分,采用顶空固相微萃取法提取美花石斛花的香气成分,GC-MS法分析其化学组成,利用峰面积归一化法测定各组分的相对含量。结果显示:从美花石斛花中检测出21个香气成分,占总含量的88.07%,其中主成分(相对质量分数)为乙酸-2-乙基己酯(35.29%)、1,3,6-辛三烯(20.51%)、L-芳樟醇(4.31%)、L-柠檬烯(3.00%)。研究结果可为美花石斛在化妆品领域的应用提供理论依据。 The aroma components in Dendrobium loddigesii Rolfe flower were extracted by solid-phase micro-extraction and analyzed by GC-MS, the relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization to explore the aroma components in Dendrobium loddigesii Rolfe flower. The results showed that twenty-one aroma components, accounting for 88.07% of the total content, were detected from Dendrobium loddigesii Rolfe flower. Among them, the main components(relative mass ratio) were 2-ethylhexyl acetate(35.29%), 1,3,6-octatriene(20.51%), L-linalool(4.31%) and, L-limonene(3.00%). The research provided the theoretical basis for the application of Dendrobium loddigesii Rolfe in the cosmetic field.
