一种草本复方祛痘化妆品的功效研究

Study on the Efficacy of the Anti-Acne Cream with Complex Herbal Extract

研究了以11种草本等量配制的提取液和草本祛痘精华乳的功效,并选用市面上口碑较好的祛痘产品作为对比样品,用体外抗菌药物敏感性试验(AST)测定样品对痤疮丙酸杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等5种典型代表菌的抑菌效果。用红细胞溶血试验(RBC)进行刺激性评价。体外测试、人体试用、斑贴测试结果表明,含草本成分的祛痘化妆品更为温和、安全、刺激性低,并且有高敏以上的抑菌祛痘作用。

The efficacies of extract obtained from equal amounts of eleven herbs and the anti-acne cream with this complex herbal extract were studied. One kind of well known anti-acne product sold on market was used as control, the efficacies of sample were tested by in vitro antimicrobial susceptibility test（AST） against five typical representative strains including Propionibacterium acnes, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, etc., while the irritation levels were evaluated by red blood cell hemolysis test（RBC）. The results of in vitro test, human trial and patch tests showed that the effect of cream containing the complex herbal extract was more gentle and safe with low irritation, it also provided high sensitivity of the anti-bacterial acne effect.
