摘要 L-薄荷醇需求量巨大,广泛应用于烟草、医药、食品以及化妆品等领域。然而L-薄荷醇易挥发、水溶性差,阻碍了其更大规模的应用,而将其糖苷化后可以有效弥补上述缺陷。综合阐述了近年来国内外L-薄荷基-α-D-葡萄糖苷的检测、生物合成、提纯方法等,比较了相关方法的优缺点,并重点介绍了制备该产品的最佳催化条件,希冀该产品在国内日用化工行业能有更广泛的应用。 L-Menthol has a large annual demand. It has been widely used in tobacco, medicine, food and cosmetic industries. However, L-menthol can volatile easily and it has poor water solubility, which hinder its large-scale application. Glycosylation of L-menthol can solve the problems mentioned above.This review introduced several methods of detection, biological preparation, purification of L-menthyl-α-D-glucopyranoside in recent years, and evaluated advantages and disadvantages of these methods.This review also recommends the optimal reaction condition of the product, expecting this product have a wide range of applications in domestic household and personal care chemical industry.
