Considering on the Research and Development of the Fragrance & Flavor Industry

概述了我国香料工业发展概况和现状。详细介绍了美国和西欧等跨国香料公司在这方面的研究和开发之现状,并在此基础上对我国香料工业今后的发展提出了有益的建议。

The development and current situation of fragrance flavor industry in China were briefly described in this paper. The statues of research and development for transnational fragrance flavor corporations in US and Western Europe were also introduced in detail, on this basis, some useful suggestion were provided for the development of Chinese fragrance flavor industry in the future.
