乳积方联合朔望灸对乳腺癌患者免疫功能的影响

Effect of Ruji Prescription Combined with Shuowang Moxibustion on Immune Function of Patients with Breast Cancer

目的:观察乳积方联合朔望灸对乳腺癌患者术后放化疗后免疫功能的影响,并观察不良反应。方法:37例乳腺癌患者给予乳积方联合朔望灸干预治疗,疗程为6个月。观察治疗前后患者免疫功能相关指标的改变以及不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗后患者T淋巴细胞亚群(CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+)均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后患者CD_8^+低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后患者免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者治疗前后血象各指标(白细胞、中性粒细胞、血红蛋白、血小板)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗过程中有2例患者发生轻度皮肤病变,发生率为5%。结论:乳积方联合朔望灸能有效改善乳腺癌患者术后放化疗后免疫功能,缓解免疫抑制状态,且不良反应发生率低。

Objective： To observe the effect of Ruji Prescription combined with Shuowang moxibustion on the immune function of breast cancer patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy and the adverse reactions. Methods： 37 breast cancer patients were treated with Ruji Prescription combined with Shuowang moxibustion for 6 months. The changes of relevant indexes of immune function and the occurrence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed. Results： After treatment,the T-lymphocyte subsets（ CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋） were significantly higher than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,CD8~＋was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the patients＇ immunoglobulin（ IgA,IgG,IgM） were significantly higher than that before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. There were no significant differences in the blood parameters（ white blood cells,neutrophils,hemoglobin,platelets） between the both groups before and after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Mild skin lesions occurred in 2 patients during the course of treatment,with an incidence of 5%. Conclusion： The combination of Ruji Prescription combined with Shuowang moxibustion can effectively improve the immune function and relieve the immunosuppression of breast cancer patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,with low incidence of adverse reactions.
