《外科正宗》为明代医家陈实功所著,书中专设溃疡治法、溃疡主治方、痈疽治验等章节,系统论述了不同证型溃疡的证治及其验案。对溃疡的辨证依据以阴阳察顺逆,整体辨证与局部辨证、脏腑辨证与气血辨证相结合的原则。对溃疡的治疗依据内治与外治结合,注重调理脾胃以生气血,善用补气温阳之药,尤其注重将养调息。

Wai Ke Zheng Zong was written by Chen Shigong,a doctor of the Ming Dynasty. The book is devoted to the treatment of ulcers,sputum,and systematically discusses the treatment of different types of ulcers. The treating for ulcers is based on the principle that Yin and Yang can be used to inspect the conditions of the disease and its future development directions. In clinics,the overall syndrome differentiation and specific syndrome differentiation as well as Zang and Fu syndrome differentiation and Qi and Blood syndrome differentiation are combined. The treatment of ulcers should be based on the combination of internal and external treatment,by focusing on conditioning the Spleen and Stomach function to improve the conditions of Qi and Blood. Medicines to supplement Qi and and warming Yang are frequently used,and the principle of regulating and nourishing the whole body with sufficient rest is especially applied.
