君火、相火与“君相互感”学说

君火专指心阳,相火为除心之外其他各脏之阳。心火炽盛之"壮火",宜苦寒直折其势;阴虚阳亢之相火,宜壮水之主,以制阳光;饮食劳倦思虑伤及心脾之"阴火",治当温补中气。若临床见诸般火证伴随中土虚弱之象,应视病情采用温补中土而敛相火之法。君火相火理论为后世"心肾相交"理论和肝肾同源理论的基础,"君相互感"学说从生命的高层次上揭示了人体心和身的整体调控模式。君火与相火相互作用,共同调节人的情欲活动。

Monarch Fire refers to the Heart Yang,and the Ministerial Fire refers to the Yang of the other Zangs. The extremity of Monarch Fire is blazing,and it is necessary to eliminate it straightly with bitter drugs in Cold character. For the Ministerial Fire caused by Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity,strengthening the water for restraining the hyperactivity of Yang. As to the ＂ Yin Fire＂,which is caused by improper diat,or too much tiredness,or over-anxiety,the Zhong Qi should be strengthened with drugs which are warm in character. For the Middle-earth deficiency which is accompanied by any kinds of the Fire syndrome,warm drugs should be used flexibly to moderate the Ministerial Fire,based on the condition of the diseases. The theory off Monarch Fire and Ministerial Fire is the basis of the theories of ＂ Heart and Kidney intersection＂ and ＂ homogeny of Liver and Kidney＂. Doctrine of mutual inductance of ＂ Monarch Fire＂ and ＂ Ministerial Fire＂ reveals the overall regulation mode including human heart and body from the high level of life. ＂ Monarch Fire＂ and ＂ Ministerial Fire＂ interact to each other to jointly regulate human＇s sex activities.
