养心定悸胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect Observation of Yangxin Dingji Capsule Combined with Metoprolol in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Arrhythmias

目的:观察养心定悸胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常的临床疗效。方法:将112例冠心病心律失常的患者按照随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组56例。研究组给予养心定悸胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗;对照组单独给予美托洛尔治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、全血低切黏度值、全血高切黏度值、纤维蛋白原、血浆比黏度,缺血总时间、缺血发生次数,以及房性期前收缩、室性期前收缩、阵发性房颤、交界性期前收缩的次数。结果:研究组患者有效率(89.29%)明显高于对照组患者的有效率(73.21%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.384 1,P=0.021 9)。治疗后研究组患者全血低切黏度值、全血高切黏度值、纤维蛋白原、血浆比黏度等血液流相关指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组患者缺血总时间、缺血发生次数均低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组患者房性期前收缩、室性期前收缩、阵发性房颤、交界性期前收缩的次数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应发生率(7.04%)明显低于对照组患者的不良反应发生率(17.86%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.956 2,P=0.367 5)。结论:采用养心定悸胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗心律失常型冠心病患者,能够有效提高临床疗效,降低不良反应发生率,改善预后情况。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangxin Dingji Capsule combined with metoprolol in treatment of arrhythmia of coronary heart disease. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with 56 cases in each group. The study group was treated with Yangxin Dingji Capsule combined with metoprolol; the control group was treated with metoprolol alone. The clinical efficacy,whole blood hypoviscosity,whole blood hyperviscosity,fibrinogen,plasma specific viscosity,total ischemia time,number of ischemia,and atrial premature contraction,ventricular phase Preshrinkage,paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,and the number of conjunctival contractions of both groups were observed. Results： The effective rate（ 89. 29%） in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 73. 21%）. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ χ2= 5. 3841,P = 0. 0219）. After treatment,the blood flow-related parameters such as whole blood hypoviscosity,whole blood hyperviscosity,fibrinogen,and plasma specific viscosity were all superior to those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the total ischemia time and the number of ischemia in the study group were lower than those in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the number of atrial premature contractions,ventricular premature contractions,paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,and preconjunctive contractions in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group（ 7. 04%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（ 17. 86%）. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（ χ2= 3. 9562,P = 0. 3675）. Conclusion： The treatment of patients with arrhythmia type coronary heart disease with Yangxin Dingji Capsule combined with metoprolol can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the prognosis.
