桂枝去芍药加麻辛附子汤加减治疗乳癖72例

Modified Guizhi Decoction Combined with Modified Maxin Fuzi Decoction in Treatment of Mammary Lump with 72 Cases

目的:观察桂枝去芍药加麻辛附子汤加减治疗乳癖的临床疗效。方法:所有72例患者均采用桂枝去芍药加麻辛附子汤随证加减治疗,每日1剂,1个月为1个疗程,连服4~8个疗程。结果:临床治愈18例占25.0%,显效27例占37.5%,有效24例占33.3%,无效3例占4.2%,有效率为95.8%。结论:以桂枝去芍药加麻辛附子汤为基础方随证加减治疗乳癖疗效显著。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Guizhi Decoction combined with modified Maxin Fuzi Decoction the treatment of Mammary Lump. Methods： 72 patients were treated with modified Guizhi Decoction combined with modified Maxin Fuzi Decoction,with one dose per day and one month is one treatment course. The whole treatment process lasted for 4 to 8 courses. Results： 18 cases were clinically cured（ 25. 0%）; 27 cases were markedly effective（ 37. 5%）; 24 cases were effective（ 33. 3%）; 3 cases were ineffective（ 4. 2%）. The whole effective rate was 95. 8%. Conclusion： The effect of modified Guizhi Decoction combined with modified Maxin Fuzi Decoction in treatment of Mammary Lump is significant.
