涤痰熄风法治疗小儿多发性抽动症疗效观察

Ditan Xifeng Method in Treatment of Pediatric Multiple Tic Disorder

目的:观察涤痰熄风法治疗小儿多发性抽动症的临床疗效。方法:将36例多发性抽动症患儿按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组18例。治疗组口服玉真散加减方治疗,对照组口服硫必利治疗,治疗12周后,观察两组患者临床疗效和中医证候积分。结果:治疗组有效率为100.00%,对照组有效率为72.22%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组中医证候积分改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应明显低于对照组。结论:涤痰熄风法治疗小儿多发性抽动症疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Ditan Xifeng Method in treatment of children with multiple tic disorder.Methods： Thirty-six children with multiple tic disorder were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table. The treatment group was treated with modified Yuzhen Powder and the control group was treated with Tiapride. After12 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate in the treatment group was 100% and that was 72. 22% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after treatment. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The adverse reactions in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion： The efficacy of Ditan Qufeng Method in treatment of children with multiple tic disorder is significant.
