平衡火罐疗法联合三伏天督灸对围绝经期阳虚体质的影响

Efficacy Observation of Balance Fire Cupping Method Combined with Sanfu Du moxibustion in Regulating of Perimenopausal Yang Deficiency Constitution

目的:观察平衡火罐疗法联合三伏天督脉灸对围绝经期阳虚体质的影响。方法:将60例围绝经期阳虚体质患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组采用三伏天督脉灸疗法治疗,治疗组采取平衡火罐疗法联合三伏天督脉灸治疗。两组患者均治疗2个月。观察两组患者阳虚体质条目评分、生活质量评分和临床疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组阳虚体质条目评分明显低于对照组,世界卫生组织生活质量简表(quality of life-BREF,QOL-BREF)各指标评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组有效率为90.00%,明显优于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:平衡火罐联合三伏天督脉灸对围绝经期阳虚体质患者效果显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of balance fire cupping combined with Sanfu Du moxibustion in regulating of patients with Yang Deficiency Syndrome in perimenopausal period. Methods： Sixty patients with perimenopausal Yang Deficiency Syndrome were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Sanfu Du moxibustion therapy,and the treatment group was treated with balanced cupping combined with Sanfu Du moxibustion. Both groups were treated for 2 months. The Yang Deficiency constitution item scores,quality of life scores,and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were observed. Results： After treatment,the scores of Yang Deficiency constitution items in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the scores of all indicators in the WHO quality of life profile（ WHOQOL-BREF） of were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. The effective rate in the treatment group was 90%,which was significantly better than that（ 66. 67%） in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of balanced cupping combined with Sanfu Du moxibustion in treatment of perimenopausal Yang Deficiency Syndrome is significant.
