摘要
以江苏省90家省级农业龙头企业为样本,研究企业的领导风格对其履行社会责任行为的影响。研究结果表明:具有变革型领导风格的农业龙头企业在履行客户责任、社区责任、环保责任、慈善责任和员工责任等方面表现较好,而具有交易型领导风格的农业龙头企业在企业员工责任方面表现较好。最后根据研究结论提出相关建议。
This paper analyzes the impact of leadership style on the implementation of corporate social responsibility by taking 90 provincial leading agricultural enterprises in Jiangsu Province as samples. Results show that,agricultural leading enterprises with transformational leadership style have better performance for customer responsibility,community responsibility,environmental responsibility,charitable responsibility,and staff responsibility. Agricultural leading enterprises with transactional leadership style have better performance for staff responsibility. In the end,it puts some suggestions for both agricultural enterprises and governmental department.
