摘要
通过对332名安徽省经济开发区企业相关人员的问卷调查,构建社会交互作用、知识共享、组织认同和创新行为的理论模型,探索组织内社会交互作用对于员工创新行为的内部影响机制。研究结论表明:员工创新行为受到社会交互作用正向影响,社会交互作用也能通过影响知识共享的程度有效激发员工创新行为,而社会交互作用与员工创新行为之间的关系受到组织认同的调节,组织认同通过激发知识共享对创新行为的直接效应进而强化了社会交互作用对创新行为的间接效应。
Based on the questionnaire survey of 332 people in the Economic Technological Development Zone of Anhui province,this paper constructs the theoretical model of social interaction,knowledge sharing,organizational identification and innovation behavior to study the mechanism of social interaction within the organization to the employee's innovation behavior. Results show that,the employee's innovation behavior is influenced by the social interaction,and the social interaction stimulates the employee's innovation behavior by influencing the degree of knowledge sharing,and organizational identification strengthens its indirect effect on creative behavior by stimulating the direct effect of knowledge sharing on innovation behavior.
