考虑后悔规避零售商的闭环供应链网络均衡研究

The Equilibrium of a Closed-loop Supply Chain Network Considering Retailers’ Regret Aversion

基于后悔理论研究了考虑零售商后悔规避行为的不确定性闭环供应链网络均衡问题。运用变分不等式方法得到所有制造商、零售商、需求市场、逆向供应链及整个网络均衡条件。着重分析零售商后悔规避行为对其交易量、效用影响,及对网络中其他决策者均衡决策、利润的影响。最后通过数值算例说明。结果发现：与后悔中性结果相比,零售商的后悔规避行为会增加其交易量、减少其效用,且不断增大后悔规避程度会使制造商利润、零售商效用均降低,另外零售商存货、缺货后悔权重对其交易量、效用和制造商决策、利润都有影响。

Based on the regret theory,this paper studies a closed-loop supply chain network with random demand,in which retailers consider their regret-averse behaviors. It establishes the equilibrium conditions of various manufacturers,retailers,demand markers,reverse supply chain and the network by the Variational Inequality. And then,it analyzes the effect of retailers＇ regret aversion on their transactions and utilities,as well as other decision makers＇ decisions and profits. Finally,numerical examples are given to illustrate the results. Results show that,retailers＇ regret-averse behaviors increase their transactions but decrease their utilities,compared with retailers＇ regret-neutral behaviors. The increase in the regret-averse coefficient decreases both manufacturers＇ profits and retailers＇ utilities. The weights of retailers＇ inventory regret and shortage regret affect not only their transactions and utilities but also manufacturers＇ decisions and profits.
