陶瓷文化作为"一带一路"建设中的重要组成部分,其网络原生信息数字资源的知识产权保护也应加以重视。网络原生信息数字资源是一种产于网络的原生态式的信息资源,其对于文化保存和传播及数字馆藏建设方面的重要性已经引起了图书馆界的重视。文章就陶瓷文化网络原生数字资源知识产权保护的必要性展开探讨。

As an important part of the construction of ＂The Belt and Road＂, ceramic culture should be paid more attention to the protection of intellectual property of born digital resource. Network born digital resource is a kind of vaguely ecological information resource produced on the Internet, whose importance in cultural preservation and dissemination as well as the construction of digital library has caused the attention of library field. This paper probed into the necessity of intellectual property protection of network born digital resources in ceramic culture.
