基于贡献度和合作网络分析的专利发明人影响力评估研究

Research on the Influence of Patent Inventor Based on Contribution Calculation and Cooperation Network Analysis

发明人是专利价值的核心载体,其影响力的测度与评价是专利分析研究的热点方向,对追踪关键技术发展以及引进核心科研人才具有重要意义。文章提出一种基于专利署名顺序的发明人贡献度计算方法,并结合专利发明人合作网络的拓扑特征分析,从个人创新能力和领域合作能力两个维度对发明人的影响力进行了定性和定量的研究探讨,最后利用推荐系统领域的专利数据进行了实证分析。结果表明:发明人影响力的表现有多个方面,且自身均存在各自的优势和劣势,并从多个角度锁定多种类型的关键发明人,对发明人影响力的客观评价提供了有益的启示。

Inventors are the core carriers of patents＇ value. The study on measuring and evaluating inventor influence is one of the most hottest topics in patent analysis field, which is quite meaningful for detecting new technology development and introducing research talents. In this paper, the influence of patent inventor was evaluated both qualitatively and quantitatively by two dimensions, namely innovation ability and cooperation ability. It calculated the inventors＇ contribution based on their orders in the patent to evaluate the innovation ability and use the topological features of the patent cooperation network to measure the cooperation ability. Finally, the patent dataset from the recommender system was used to verify the approach. Compared with traditional methods using patent amount and cooperate frequency as evaluating indexes to rank the inventors, this method can locate the various types of key inventors and provide a positive research start for the objective evaluation of inventor influence.
