基于GIS的农村土地承包经营权确权登记管理系统的设计

针对当下农村土地承包经营权确权发证工作效率低下的问题,结合GIS开发技术,从系统的建设目标、总体框架、功能设计与实现等方面,阐述农村土地承包经营权确权登记管理系统的设计与实现,并简要介绍系统在四川省某市确权项目中的应用情况,该系统在一定程度上提高土地承包经营权确权发证工作的准确性,减少土地权属争端,提高确权工作的效率。

Based on the need of the rural land contract management rights ownership certification work and combined with the development of GIS technology,the paper expounds the design method of the rural collective land ownership registration certification management system and system application direction from the aspects of system design,system framework,system function design,which can improve the relevant city and county land department service level and improve the work efficienty.
