摘要
内燃机在运行中,会发生以轴承油膜力为传递途径的,包括机体整体运动和表面结构振动,以及曲轴弹性振动在内的耦合振动。为了预测内燃机滑动轴承油膜力,发明一种考虑内燃机耦合振动的滑动轴承动态油膜力的研究方法。按照内燃机各部件在振动体系中的重要性以及属性,内燃机气缸体和曲轴被定义为具有质量属性的体单元,部件之间的相互关系被定义为力单元,并使用时间积分法求解系统运动方程。运用该研究方法,最后对一个4缸内燃机动态油膜力进行预测,得到符合运动规律的特性曲线。
When internal combustion engine works,it occurs coupling vibration including bulk movement on the body and structure vibration on the surface,within flexible vibration on the crankshaft that passes by the way of oil film force.For forecasting oil film force on the slide bearing of internal combustion engine,this paper invents a research method that consides dynamical oil film force on the slide bearing when internal combustion engine occurs coupling vibration.According to the importance and the attribute in the vibrative system on the every parts of internal combustion engine,cylinder body and crankshaft of internal combustion engine are defined as the dody unit with mass attribute,and defined as force unit of mutual relations among the parts,then solving systematic motion equtions using time integration method.Using the research method,this paper obtains the characteristic curve that agrees with the regularity of motion by predicting dynamic oil film force on the four sylinders internal combustion engine.
