宫腔球囊压迫联合B-Lynch缝合治疗剖宫产产后出血的疗效及安全性

Curative effect and safety of intrauterine balloon compression combined with B-Lynch suture in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section

目的探讨宫腔球囊压迫联合B-Lynch缝合治疗剖宫产产后出血的疗效及安全性,为剖宫产产后出血的治疗提供理论依据。方法选取2015年2月-2017年1月成都市新都区妇幼保健院收治的68例剖宫产产后出血患者作为研究对象,根据入院顺序分观察组和对照组,每组各34例。观察组行宫腔球囊压迫联合B-Lynch缝合治疗,对照组单独行B-Lynch缝合治疗,比较两组止血效果、出血量及并发症发生情况等。结果观察组产妇止血有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术中出血量、术后2 h出血量、术后24 h出血量均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组产妇并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组住院时间明显短于对照组,住院费用明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论宫腔球囊压迫联合B-Lynch缝合治疗剖宫产产后出血疗效显著,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the curative effect and safety of intrauterine balloon compression combined with B-Lynch suture in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section,provide a theoretical basis for treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods From February 2015 to January 2017,68 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section treated in Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Xindu District were selected as study object,then they were divided into observation group and control group according to the sequence of admission,34 patients in each group. The patients in observation group were treated by intrauterine balloon compression combined with B-Lynch suture,and the patients in control group were treated by B-Lynch suture. The hemostatic effects,the amounts of blood loss,and incidence rates of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of hemostasis in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The amounts of intraoperative bleeding,postoperative bleeding after 2 and 24 hours in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 01）. The incidence rate of complications in observation group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 01）.The hospitalization time in observation group was statistically significantly shorter than that in control group（ P〈0. 01）. The hospitalization cost in observation group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The curative effect of intrauterine balloon compression combined with B-Lynch suture in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section is significant,and the safety is high.
