预见性儿童健康保健在早产儿体格及神经心理发育中的应用

Application of predictive child health care in physical and neuropsychological development of premature infants

目的研究预见性儿童健康保健在早产儿体格及神经心理发育中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月-2017年1月在该院出生的108例早产儿作为研究对象,根据干预方式的不同分为普通保健组和干预组,每组各54例。普通保健组接受常规健康保健,干预组接受预见性儿童健康保健。比较两组早产儿干预12个月后的体格、发育商(DQ)、智能运动发育情况。结果干预12个月后,干预组早产儿的头围、体重、身高均高于普通保健组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组早产儿的精细动作、社会行为、大动作、认知能力、语言评分均高于普通保健组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组早产儿的MDI、PDI评分均高于普通保健组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性儿童健康保健能有效促进早产儿体格及神经心理发育,利于早产儿健康成长发育,值得临床推广。

Objective To research the application effect of predictive child health care in physical and neuropsychological development of premature infants. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,108 preterm infants born in Chengdu Women＇s and Children＇s Central Hospital were selected as study subject,then they were divided into general health care group and intervention group according to intervention method,54 infants in each group. The infants in general health care group were given routine health care,and the infants in intervention group were given predictive child health care. Physical development,development quotient（ DQ）,and intelligence development after12 months of intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After 12 months of intervention,head circumference,body weight,and height of preterm infants in intervention group were statistically significantly higher than those in general health care group（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of fine motor,social behavior,gross motor,cognitive ability,and language in intervention group were statistically significantly higher than those in general health care group（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of MDI and PDI in intervention group were statistically significantly higher than those in general health care group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Predictive child health care can effectively promote physical and neuropsychological development of premature infants,which is conducive to healthy growth and development of premature infants. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
