摘要 Krüppel样因子(KLF)属于锌指转录因子家族,对哺乳动物胚胎发育和各种疾病至关重要。研究表明KLFs在维持肾小球滤过屏障完整、参与小管间质炎症、肾纤维化和血管病变等肾脏生理过程中发挥重要作用。尽管KLFs在下游分子机制有一些重叠,但其家族成员的结构和功能不尽相同。本文就目前对肾脏中KLF家族的认识,包括在肾单位损伤和肾组织纤维化中的表达模式和调控功能作一综述。 Kruppel-like factor (KLF) is a family of zinc finger transcription factors essential for mammalian embryonic development and various human diseases. Previous studies have identified that KLFs play an important role in renal physiological processes, including glomerular filtration barrier integrity, tubulointerstitial inflammation, renal fibrosis and vascular lesions. Although there is overlap in the downstream molecular mechanisms of KLFs, their structure and function are not completely the same.This review focuses on the current understanding of KLFs in the kidney,including their expression patterns and regulatory functions in kidney injury and fibrosis.
