炎症小体是细胞质中的一种复杂的蛋白,被认为是各种自身免疫疾病的调节因子,它可以诱导细胞活化、细胞因子及炎症介质释放,引起炎症反应,对固有免疫系统免疫功能的发挥具有重要的作用。近来研究表明,NLRP3炎症小体在肾脏疾病发病过程中发挥重要作用。本文就炎症小体与肾脏疾病关联作一综述,为以NLRP3为靶点治疗各种肾脏疾病提供新的治疗思路。

As a complex protein in the cytoplasm, inflammasome is considered as a regulators of various autoimmune diseases.It can induce cell activation, mediate the release of eytokines and inflammatory mediators, to cause inflammation.The inflammasorne plays an important role in the innate immune system. Recent studies have shown that NLRP3 inflammasome plays a vital role in the pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease and acute kidney disease. In this review, we introduce the relationship inflammasome and kidney disease in recent study, and provide new therapeutic idea for the treatment of various kidney diseases with NLRP3 as a target.
