摘要 维持性血液透析是终末期肾病患者维持生命的重要方式。血液透析的质量、安全及个体化透析是本领域一直面临的挑战。人工智能和机器学习提供的数据分析已广泛应用于在线监控系统及临床决策支持系统的研发,并在监控透析安全、评估透析疗效及个体化透析等方面取得突破性进展。 Maintenance hemodialysis is a vital treatment for patients with end-stage renal disease. The quality, safety and individualization of dialysis are constant challenges in this field. Data analysis provided by artificial intelligence and machine learning has been widely used in the development of online monitoring systems and clinical decision support systems, has gained breakthrough in monitoring dialysis safety, evaluating dialysis efficacy and individualized dialysis.
