摘要
支气管哮喘是一种常见的呼吸系统疾病。中医注重辨证施治和整体观念,强调未病先防,既病防变,在治疗支气管哮喘方面具有独特的优势。中医外治法作为儿童支气管哮喘治疗方法的重要组成部分,具有悠久的历史和丰富的经验积累。近年来,因其治法安全、疗效显著、操作方便、患儿依从性好等优势,得到了愈加广泛的推广及应用,其临床疗效及作用机制研究也取得了一定的进步。
Bronchial asthma（BA） is a commonrespiratory disease. Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） has unique advantage in the treatment of BA, because it pays attention to concept of dialectical treatment and entirety and emphasizes the theory of‘preventing disease first＇and‘preventing disease from exacerbating＇. As an important part of the therapy of BA in children, the external treatment of TCM has a long history and a rich clinical experience. In recent years, external treatment has been widely promoted and applied for its safety, notable effect, convenient operation and good compliance. The research on its clinical efficacy and mechanism has made some progress.
