摘要 目的建立消化止泻口服液中主要成分的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中炒陈皮、炒苍术、广木香、薏苡仁、焦山楂进行定性鉴别。结果所采用的薄层鉴别方法斑点清晰,分离效果好,专属性强。结论该方法简便、重现性好、结果可靠,可用于消化止泻口服液的定性质量控制。 Objective To establish the quality control standard of main components in Xiaohuazhixie oral liquid. Methods TLC was used to qualitatively identify the fried pericarpium citri reticulatae,fried rhizoma atraCTylodis,radix aucklandiae,semen coicis and coke hawthorn in prescription. Results TLC spots were clear and well-separated. The method has strong specificity and without interference.Conclusions The method is simple,reproducible and reliable and can be used for the qualitative quality control of Xiaohuazhixie oral liquid.
