奔气方对慢性不可预知应激刺激抑郁模型大鼠行为学及血清脑源性神经营养因子的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究奔气方对慢性不可预知抑郁应激模型大鼠行为学及血清脑源性神经营养因子的影响。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠60只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性组、奔气方组。其中正常对照组灌胃生理盐水,模型组用慢性不可预知温和应激模型实验(CUMS)造模28d,造模同时给予药物刺激,阳性组给予氟西汀2.5g/kg,奔气方组给予奔气方10g/kg。末次给药1h后进行糖水偏好试验、旷场试验,并采用Elisa法检测的血清脑源性神经营养因子含量。结果:奔气方可显著提高大鼠体重及糖水消耗量(P<0.05)。给药组可使大鼠穿越格子数及直立次数显著性增加(P<0.05),血清脑源性神经营养因子水平显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:奔气方可改善抑郁大鼠抑郁症状及自主活动能力,提高大鼠血清脑源性神经营养因子水平。 Objective:To study the effect of BenQi decoction on the behavioral and serum brain-derived neurotrophic factors of chronic unpredictable depression stress model.Methods:The male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,positive group and running group.The normal control group by gastric physiological saline,model group with chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS) model experiment building 28 days,building at the same time given drugs to stimulate,positive group was given fluoxetine 2.5 g/kg,BenQi decoction group was given 10 g/kg.After 1 h,the sugar water preference test and open field test were conducted,and the serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor was detected by Elisa.Results:BenQi decoction could significantly improve the weight and carbohydrate consumption of rats(P〈0.05).The drug administration group could significantly increase the number of cells crossing the grid and the number of vertical increases(P〈0.05),and the level of serum brain-borne neurotrophic factor was significantly increased(P〈0.05).Conclusion:BenQi decoction can improve the depressive symptoms and autonomic activity in depressed rats,the level of serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor was improv ed.
