摘要
目的 :探讨骨骼肌减少症患者体成分分析指标与骨密度值数据间相关性。方法 :通过双能X线(Hologic公司ASY-00409型号)测定患者相对骨骼肌质量(ASM)、四肢骨骼肌含量(SM)、骨密度T值,计算体重指数(BMI体重公斤数除以身高米数平方)等指标,应用SPSS22.0软件分析数据间相关性。结果 :ASM、SM值与骨密度T值成线性正相关,且相关系数男性高于女性。结论 :骨骼肌减少症患者ASM、SM值与骨密度T值呈线性正相关。
Objective：To investigate the correlation between body composition analysis and bone mineral density（BMD） data in sarcopenia patients.Methods：The correlation between skeletal muscle mass（ASM）,skeletal muscle content（SM）,bone mineral density T of the patients were measured by dual energy X-rays（Hologic ASY-00409 model）,Calculate the body mass index（BMI） and other indicators,analyzed by SPSS22.0 software.Results：The values of ASM and SM were linearly correlated with the T value of BMD,and the correlation coefficient was higher in males than in female patients.Conclusion：There is a linear correlation between ASM and SM values and T value of bone mineral density in sarcopenia patients.
