针刺病灶投影区改善脑梗死患者生活活动能力临床观察

Clinical Study on the Quality of Life of Cerebral Infarction Patients with Acupuncture Focus on Projection Area

目的:观察脑梗死病人病灶投影区针刺对生活质量的干预成效。方法:采取随机数字法将40例符合标准的脑梗死患者随机分成对照组20例和治疗组20例。对照组采取一般内科治疗方案,治疗组在对照组内科治疗的同时在患侧病灶投影区行头针治疗,2组均干预4个疗程。在患者治疗前、治疗4周后均进行生活质量指数评定量表(QLI)及日常生活能力量表(ADL)评定。结果:治疗4周后2组患者QLI及ADL值较干预前均明显升高,且治疗组上升幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺病灶投影区能明显改善脑梗死患者生活质量,且其疗效优于内科常规治疗。

Objective：To observe the effect of acupuncture at head point on the quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods：40 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by random number method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine medical treatment,at the same time,the treatment group was treated with head acupuncture in the projection area of the lesion on the basis of the control group,and the course for both groups was 4 w.Quality of life index scale（QLI）and daily living capacity scale（ADL）was assessed before the treatment and after 4 weeks of the treatment.Results：The quality of life index scale（QLI）and daily living capacity scale（ADL）were increased after 4 weeks,and the observation group increased more significantly than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Scalp acupuncture can obviously improve the quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction,and the curative effect is better than conventional medical treatment.
