黄芪建中汤加减治疗肺脾气虚型卒中相关性肺炎临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of the Effect of Modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on Stroke Associated Pneumonia with the Lung and Spleen Deficiency

目的:观察黄芪建中汤加减治疗肺脾气虚型卒中相关性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的60例卒中相关性肺炎患者,全都辨为肺脾气虚型,再随机分为治疗和对照组。对照组予规范化治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上再加用黄芪建中汤加减治疗,疗程均为1周。比较2组患者治疗后疗效、临床肺部感染评分(CPIS)、炎症指标(C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞(WBC)数、中性粒细胞比值(NE%))的变化。结果:治疗组的各项观察指标与对照组比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组痊愈率及总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪建中汤加减可以明显改善肺脾气虚型卒中相关肺炎患者临床症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction in treating stroke associated pneumonia with the lung and spleen deficiency.Method：60 cases of Stroke associated pneumonia were selected,and then randomly divided into treatment and control group.The control group accepted the standardized treatment,the treatment group on this basis and then take Huangqi Jianzhong decoction of the prescription as addition,treatment course are 1 week.The clinical efficacy,clinical pulmonary infection score（CPIS）,C-reactive protein（CRP）,white blood cell（WBC）,neutrophil ratio（NE%） were measured in each group.Results：The observation indicators in the treatment group were statistically different from those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Cure rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Huangqi Jianzhong decoction treatment stroke associated pneumonia curative effect is reliable,help to improve the clinical curative effect.
