强心通脉方治疗冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后气虚血瘀型心衰病临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Qiangxin Tongmai Decoction in Treating Heart Failure after Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention for Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察强心通脉方治疗冠心病PCI术后气虚血瘀型心衰病的临床疗效。方法将符合冠心病PCI术后心衰病中医辨证证属"气虚血瘀"的60例患者,根据随机数字表法,按照1:1的比例随机将60例患者分为治疗组及对照组,每组30人。对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭的西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用强心通脉方。结果中药治疗组的患者,N端前脑钠肽水平、左室射血分数比用药前及对照组有明显改善;中药治疗组NYHA分级总体有效率为93.33%,对照组为86.67%;中医证候疗效总体有效率为96.67%,对照组为90.00%。结论强心通脉方治疗冠心病PCI术后气虚血瘀型心衰病的临床疗效显著,无严重的不良反应,值得在临床中推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Qiangxin Tongmai decoction in treating heart failure after Qi deficiency and blood stasis after coronary heart disease（PCI）.Method：60 patients with ＂Qi deficiency and blood stasis＂ were divided into 60 patients with ＂Qi deficiency and blood stasis＂.According to the random digital table method,60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the proportion of 1：1,with30 persons in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine for heart failure,while the treatment group was additionally given Qiangxin Tongmai decoction.Results：the level of NT-pro BNP peptide and left ventricular ejection fraction in the N end of the Chinese medicine treatment group improved obviously,the total effective rate of NYHA classification in the Chinese medicine treatment group was 93.33%,the control group was 86.67%,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 96.67%,and the control group was 90%.Conclusion：Qiangxin Tongmai decoction is effective in treating heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis after coronary heart disease（PCI）.It has no serious adverse reactions and is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
