耳穴压豆配合中药鱼腥草治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis on 80 Cases of Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer Treated with Ear Pressure Beans Therapy Combined with Houttuynia Cordata

目的:探讨耳穴压豆配合中药鱼腥草治疗复发性口腔溃疡的效果。方法:将80例复发性阿弗他溃疡患者分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组采用耳穴压豆配合中药鱼腥草治疗。7d为1个疗程,比较2组疗效。结果:耳穴压豆配合中药鱼腥草治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义。结论:采用耳穴压豆配合中药鱼腥草治疗复发性口腔溃疡简单易行,增加了患者治疗的依从性,减轻了溃疡疼痛,提高了患者的生活质量,有良好的治疗效果。

Objective：To explore the effect of auricular pressing beans combined with traditional Chinese medicine Houttuynia cordata on recurrent oral ulcers.Methods：80 patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases each.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with auricular acupoints and Chinese herbal medicine Houttuynia cordata.7 d is a course of treatment,comparing the efficacy of the two groups.Results：The effect of auricular pressing beans combined with traditional Chinese medicine Houttuynia cordata on recurrent oral ulcer was significantly better than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion：The treatment of recurrent oral ulcer with auricular acupoints and Chinese herbal medicine is simple and easy,which increases the compliance of patients,reduces ulcer pain,improves the quality of life of patients,and has a good therapeutic effect.
