柴胡疏肝散加减治疗脑卒中后抑郁的研究进展

Research Progress of Chaihu Shugan Powder in Treating Post-stroke Depression

脑卒中后抑郁是卒中后的常见并发症之一,表现为卒中症状以外的一系列以情绪低落、兴趣缺失为主要特征的情感障碍综合征,常伴有躯体症状。严重影响脑卒中患者神经功能的恢复及生活质量,造成病情迁延,其中病情严重者还会有厌世自杀倾向,增加家庭及社会的负担。中医认为,抑郁多与肝郁气滞关系密切,柴胡疏肝散是疏肝理气的代表方,近年来应用于治疗脑卒中后抑郁取得了良好疗效。论文就柴胡疏肝散治疗脑卒中后抑郁的研究进展进行了简要综述。

Post-stroke depression is one of the common complications after stroke.It is characterized by a series of affective disorder syndromes characterized by low mood and lack of interest,often accompanied by physical symptoms.Seriously affect the recovery of neurological function and quality of life in patients with stroke,resulting in prolonged disease,in which serious cases will have a tendency to suicidal suicide,increasing the burden on families and society.Chinese medicine believes that depression is closely related to liver Qi stagnation.Chaihu Shugan powder is a representative of Shugan Liqi.In recent years,it has achieved good results in the treatment of post-stroke depression.This article briefly reviewed the research progress of Chaihu Shugan powder in the treatment of post-stroke depression.
