Knowledge visualization is finding its applicability in the broad field of medicine.It is especially true of the fields of medical imaging,genetics,basic medicine,medical education,clinical disease analysis and Traditional Chinese Medicine.With support of the powerful visual cognition function of the human brain,knowledge visualization enables better representation,communication,discovery and utilization of medical knowledge and as well enables better work of humancomputer interaction,knowledge reusing and intelligent health informatization.Visualization technology can break the ＇black box＇ of the computer and demonstrate its process of health assessment in which health knowledge is applied,which then enables the health management experts to obtain friendly human-computer interaction interface and thus play better parts in the process of health informatization.
