应用PDCA缩短生化检验实验室内周转时间 被引量:10

Application of PDCA circulation in the reduction of turnaround time in clinical chemistry laboratory

摘要 目的针对临床和患者不满意度较高的生化检验实验室内周转时间(TAT),采取多种措施,提高实验室工作效率和临床满意度。方法回顾性分析2017年1-6月,统计西安市儿童医院生化检验TAT不合格率。2017年7-10月通过应用PDCA管理工具,购置生化流水线、采用分离胶采血管、人员宣贯培训,观察生化检验TAT在改进前后的变化。结果 2017年7-10月,生化检验TAT不合格率由40.0%下降为1.2%。TAT中位数和第90百分位数分别由224min和313min下降至105min和154min。应用PDCA前后TAT不合格率、TAT中位数、TAT第90百分位数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合理应用PDCA管理工具能够缩短TAT,提高检验检测效率。 Objective A variety of measures were taken to improve laboratory efficiency and clinical satisfaction for turnaround time in the laboratory.Methods We used the laboratory information system to compute and analyze the outliers,median and 90 th percentile turnaround time of the Clinical Chemistry Laboratory from January 2017 to October 2017.Laboratory TAT is not qualified retrospectively in January 2017 to June2017.In July 2017 to October 2017,observing the change after the application of PDCA circulation.ResultsFrom July to October 2017,the reject ratio of biochemical test TAT was decreased from 40.0%to 1.2%.The median and 90 th percentile of TAT decreased from 224 min and 313 min to 105 min and 154 min respectively.The difference between the data was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The reasonable application of PDCA circulation can shorten turnaround time and increase the efficiency of laboratory.
