“堵”胎盘延迟娩出在前置胎盘剖宫产术中的应用价值

Application value of "plugging-up" placenta to delay delivery in cesarean section of placenta previa

目的探讨利用"堵"胎盘延迟娩出术在减少前置胎盘剖宫产术中出血的应用价值。方法随机选取2015年9月~2017年10月在郑州大学第二附属医院产科住院行剖宫产术的前置胎盘47例为实验组,同期住院非前置胎盘剖宫产50例为对照组;统计两组术中出血量、手术时间、胎盘娩出时间、输血率。结果实验组手术时间、胎盘娩出时间明显长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组出血量、输血率等无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论采用"堵"胎盘延迟娩出并同时促宫缩治疗在前置胎盘剖宫产术中可有效控制出血量,出血量等同于非前置胎盘正常剖宫产术中的出血量。

Objective To investigate the application value of ＂plugging-up＂ placenta to delay delivery on decreasing bleeding in cesarean section of placenta previa.Methods 47 cases with placenta previa who underwent cesarean section in the department of gynecology and obstetrics in the second affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2015 to October 2017 were randomly selected as study group.50 cases without placenta previa who underwent cesarean section in the same period were selected as control group.Volume of bleeding during operation,operation duration,delivery time of placenta and transfusion rate in two groups were counted.Results Operation duration and delivery time of placenta in study group were statistically longer than those in control group（P 0.05）.There were no significant differences in volume of bleeding and transfusion rate between two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion To ＂plugup＂ placenta to delay delivery and promote uterine contraction could control the volume of bleeding effectively in cesarean section of placenta previa.The volume of bleeding is same with that in cesarean section of non-placenta previa.
