标准化管理在呼吸内科护理临床教学中的应用分析

Application of standardized management in clinical teaching of respiratory medicine nursing

目的探讨标准化管理模式在呼吸内科护理临床教学工作过程中的应用价值。方法择取2017年1~12月在我院呼吸内科接受护理临床实习教育的临床护理专业本科生52名作为本次研究对象,按照临床护理本科生的实习报到时间先后顺序随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,每组各包含学生26名,对照组学生应用常规管理模式开展呼吸内科护理临床实习教学,研究组学生应用标准化管理模式开展呼吸内科护理临床实习教学,观察比较两组学生的考试成绩优良率、对教学工作满意度。结果研究组学生的考试成绩优良率显著高于对照组学生,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习护生对本次教学工作满意度评分结果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对接受呼吸内科护理临床实习教学的临床护理专业本科生应用标准化管理模式,相较应用常规管理模式,能够显著改善学生的考试成绩优良率,提升学生对呼吸内科基础性护理理论知识和应用性护理操作技能的学习掌握水平,适宜在医学高等院校实践性日常教学实践过程中加以推广运用。

Objective To explore the value of standardized management in the clinical teaching of respiratory medicine.Methods Fifty-two clinical nursing undergraduates receiving clinical nursing education in the department of respiratory medicine of our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as subjects of this study.They were equally divided into study group and control group.Each group included 26 students.The control group students applied routine management model to carry out clinical practice training of respiratory medicine,and the study group students applied standardized management model to carry out clinical practice teaching of respiratory medicine.The excellent rates of the two groups and their satisfaction with the teaching work were observed and compared.Results The excellent rates of test scores of students in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference be tween the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction score of the nurses in the study group on the teaching work was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Applying the standardized management model for clinical nursing undergraduates receiving clinical training in respiratory medicine,compared with the application of conventional management models,can significantly improve students＇ test scores and improve the students＇ basic nursing theoretical knowledge and applied nursing operation skills of respiratory medicine.It ＇s appropriate to be applied in the practical daily teaching practice of medical colleges and universities
