护理安全管理模式在消毒供应中心管理中的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of nursing safety management mode in disinfection supply center management

目的探讨消毒供应中心管理工作中采取护理安全管理模式的效果。方法研究时间范围为2016年6月~2017年6月,从2017年1月份开始,在消毒供应中心管理工作中采取护理安全管理模式,对比实施前后的各项工作情况及工作人员的工作质量。结果实施后,平均取物时间、平均物品补充时间更短,物品在回收——清洗——消毒——包装——灭菌——储存——发放七个环节的合格率以及工作人员各方面工作质量得分更高(P<0.05)。结论护理安全管理模式应用在消毒供应中心管理中效果十分理想。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing safety management mode in the management of disinfection supply center.Methods The study period ranged from the beginning of June 2016 to June 2017.From January 2017,the nursing safety management mode was taken in the management of disinfection supply center.The work conditions and the work quality of workers before and after the implementation were compared.Results After the implementation,the average pick-up time,average item replenishment time was shorter,the pass rate of items in the seven aspects including recovery-cleaning-disinfection-packaging-sterilization-storage and the score of work quality in all aspects of staff was higher（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of nursing safety management model in the management of disinfection supply center is very satisfactory.
