中医养生功法五禽戏对中老年人中风偏瘫患者运动功能的影响

Effect of qigong practice wuqinxi on the motor function of elderly patients with stroke hemiplegia

目的探讨中医养生功法五禽戏锻炼对中老年人中风偏瘫患者运动功能的影响。方法选取2015年11月~2016年8月上海中医药大学附属市中医医院脑病科收治的中风偏瘫患者60例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。实验组接受常规康复训练,并进行规律性中医养生功法五禽戏锻炼,每次练习1 h,每周5次,共20周;对照组接受肌力增强及被动关节活动等常规康复训练,每天1次,每周5次,但不参加中医养生功法五禽戏的集体练习和个人有计划的运动康复活动。分别于治疗前、治疗20周采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)进行运动功能的比较。结果两组治疗前FMA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗20周,两组FMA评分均较治疗前明显提高,且实验组FMA评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良过的五禽戏能显著提高中风偏瘫患者的运动功能,适合中风偏瘫患者习练。

Objective To investigate the effect of qigong practice wuqinxi on the motor function of elderly patients with stroke hemiplegia. Methods Sixty elderly patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to Encephalopathy Department of Shanghai Municipal Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2015 to August 2016 were selected as research objects, and they were assigned to experimental group and control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The experimental group were given routine rehabilitation training and organized health qigong wuqinxi, once a day, 1 hour each time, 5 times each week, for 20 weeks; the control group received routine rehabilitation training, such as enhancing the muscle, passive joint motion, and so on, once a day, 5 times each week, but the patients in the control group did not receive the group training of qigong practice wuqinxi or individual planned exercise rehabilitation. The motor function was compared by Fugl-Meyer assay（FMA）method before treatment and after treatment for 20 weeks. Results There were no significant differences of FMA score between the two groups before treatment（P 〉 0.05）. After treatment for 20 weeks, the FMA scores in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, which of experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The modified wuqinxi can significantly improve the motor function of elderly patients with stroke hemiplegia, which is fit for the patients to exercise.
