Variable Weights Integrated Evaluation of New Ventures Performance with Non-homogeneous Information Indices

新创企业绩效是衡量新创企业发展水平与成败的关键标准。科学合理地评价新创企业绩效,对于新创企业的健康持续发展具有重要的意义。通过对已有文献系统性的梳理,鉴于新创企业的特点,构建新创企业绩效评价指标体系,采用不同数值类型,对新创企业指标的异质评价信息进行表示,克服传统的常权评价方法难以体现因素状态值的变化对于权重的影响,提出了新创企业绩效异质信息多指标变权综合评价分析方法。

The performance of new ventures is a key criterion for measuring the level and success of newly-established companies. Evaluating the performance of new ventures scientifically and reasonably is of great significance for their healthy and sustainable development. This study reviews the existing literature systematically, and in view of the characteristics of the new ventures, constructs a new enterprise performance evaluation index system firstly, uses real numbers, triangular fuzzy numbers, intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, interval values, and linguistic variables for indicators. The non-homogeneous evaluation information shows that the traditional constant weight evaluation method is difficult to reflect the influence of the change of the factor status value on the weight, and the index value that is given a higher weight, is large enough to obtain an ideal evaluation result, which easily leads to making decision inaccurately. Therefore, this study proposes an integrated evaluation method for variable weights of non-homogeneous information for new ventures. The validity and rationality of the method are verified by practical examples.
