乌灵胶囊对脑卒中后抑郁患者血清Hcy、神经细胞因子、单胺类递质代谢和炎症反应的影响

目的 :探讨乌灵胶囊对缺血性脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者血清Hcy、神经细胞因子、单胺类递质代谢及炎症反应的影响。方法:选择PSD诊断标准的患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组接受安慰剂治疗,观察组在此基础上给予乌灵胶囊。检测两组患者术前、术后4周血清Hcy、神经细胞因子(BDNF、NGF)、单胺类递质代谢(5-HT、5-HIAA及NE)和炎症反应(IL-6、IL-23、TNF-α)水平。结果:两组各检测指标治疗前均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的Hcy含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的BDNF和NGF水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);5-HIAA水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);5-HT和NE水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);IL-6、IL-23和TNF-α水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乌灵胶囊能够降低脑卒中后抑郁患者血清Hcy含量和神经细胞因子(BDNF、NGF)含量,改善单胺类递质代谢(5-HT、5-HIAA及NE)和炎症反应(IL-6、IL-23、TNF-α),值得进一步研究。

Objective：To investigate the depression after Wuling capsule on ischemic stroke patients serum Hcy,nerve cell factor,single amine neurotransmitter metabolism and the influence of the inflammatory response.Methods：PSD criteria for the diagnosis of 90 cases of patients with as the research object,were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received placebo treatment,observation group on the basis of Wuling capsule.Detection of two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative serum Hcy 4 weeks,nerve cells factor （BDNF and NGF plays）,single amine neurotransmitter metabolism （5 - HT,5 HIAA and NE） and inflammation （IL - 6,IL - 23,TNF alpha） level.Results： before the treatment,each test indexes of two groups had no statistical difference （ P 〉0.05）;After treatment,the observation group of Hcy levels decreased significantly （ P 〈0.05）;Observation group of BDNF and NGF plays were significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈0.05）;5 - HIAA were significantly lower than control group （ P 〈0.05）;5 - HT and NE were significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈0.05）;IL - 6,IL - 23 and TNF alpha were significantly lower than control group （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Wu ling capsule can reduce serum Hcy levels and depression after stroke patients nerve cells factor （BDNF and NGF plays） content,to improve the single amine neurotransmitter metabolism （5 - HT,5 HIAA and NE） and inflammation （IL - 6,IL - 23,TNF alpha）,deserves further research and extension.
