摘要
目的:观察羧甲淀粉钠联合补锌治疗反复呼吸道感染合并支气管哮喘患儿的效果及其对患儿免疫功能指标的影响。方法:选取120例反复呼吸道感染合并支气管哮喘患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成观察组和对照组各60例。对照组给予缓解哮喘的药物和抗感染治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予羧甲淀粉钠联合补锌治疗。(1)比较两组治疗总有效率;(2)比较两组治疗前后呼吸道感染次数、抗生素使用时间、哮喘发作时间;(3)比较两组治疗前后免疫功能指标(lg G、lg A、lg M、CD8+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+)水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%(57/60),明显高于对照组的81.67%(49/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1年内的吸道感染次数明显少于对照组,抗生素使用时间、哮喘发作时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的Ig G、Ig A、Ig M、CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后的CD8+水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在缓解哮喘和抗感染治疗基础上,采用羧甲淀粉钠联合补锌治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染合并支气管哮喘可明显提高治疗效果和改善患儿免疫功能指标。
Objective: To observe effects of sodium carboxymethyl starch combined with zinc supplementation on children with recurrent respiratory infection and bronchial asthma and its influence on immune function indicators. Methods: 120 children with recurrent respiratory infection and bronchial asthma were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into observation group( n =60) and control group( n = 60) by the random number table method. The control group was given anti-asthmatic drugs and anti-infective treatment,while the observation group was given sodium carboxymethyl starch combined with zinc supplementation on the basis of those of the control group.( 1) The total effective rates of the two groups were compared.( 2) The number of respiratory infections before and after the treatment,the time of antibiotic use,and the time of asthma attack were compared between the two groups.( 3) The levels of the immune function indicators( lg G,lg A,lgM,CD8^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+) of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%( 57/60),which was significantly higher than that of the control group( 81.67%,49/60),and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05). 1 year after the treatment,the number of respiratory infections of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,the time of antibiotic use and the time of asthma attack were obviously shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0.05). After the treatment,the levels of Ig G,Ig A,Ig M,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+of the observation group were obviously higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0.05); however,there was no significant difference in the CD8^+level between the two groups( P〉0. 05). Conclusions: For the children with recurrent respiratory infection and bronchial asthma,sodium carboxymethyl starch combined with zinc supplementation based on the anti-asthmatic drugs and anti-infective treatment can significantly improve the therapeutic effetcs and improve the immune function of these children.
