小儿推拿在小儿脑性瘫痪康复中的应用效果

Application effects of infantile massage in rehabilitation of infantile cerebral palsy

目的:观察小儿推拿应用于小儿脑性瘫痪康复中的临床效果。方法:选取82例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各41例。对照组实施常规康复训练治疗,研究组在对照组基础上实施小儿推拿,治疗6个月后比较两组临床疗效、痉挛程度及粗大运动功能发育水平。结果:经治疗6个月,研究组总有效率为100.0%(41/41),明显高于对照组的87.80%(36/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组Ashworth评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组GMFM-66评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿推拿应用于小儿脑性瘫痪康复,可有效缓解痉挛程度,促进患儿粗大运动功能的发育,疗效确切。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of infantile massage in rehabilitation of infantile cerebral palsy. Methods： 82 infants with cerebral palsy were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training,while the study group was treated with the infantile massage on the basis of that of the control group. 6 months after the treatment,the clinical efficacy,the degree of spasm and the development of gross motor function were compared between the two groups. Results： 6 months after the treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 100%,which was higher than that of the control group（ 87.80%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in spasticity score between the two groups before treatment（ P〉0.05）,but decreased significantly after treatment（ P〈0.05）,and the study group was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）.The Ashworth score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The GMFM-66 score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Infantile massage is effective in the rehabilitation of cerebral palsy in the infants. It can effectively alleviate the degree of spasm and promote the development of gross motor function. Therefore,it can be popularized.
