Rural Revitalization: Background,Challenge and Guarantee Mechanism

面对日益严峻的乡村发展问题,我国在"三农"领域推出了乡村振兴战略。该战略的实施虽取得了一定的成绩,但仍面临地方实践的零散化、农民乡土意识薄弱等诸多挑战。为应对这些挑战,需要完善保障机制,为乡村振兴战略保驾护航。

Facing the increasing problem of rural development, China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization in the area of issues concerning agriculture, countryside, and farmers recently. Although the strategy has achieved certain achievements, it also confronts with challenges such as fragmentation of local practices and weak local consciousness of farmers. Countering with these challenges needs to improve guareintee system, and safeguard the strategy of rural revitalization.
