浅谈民办高校的法治化管理

On the Rule of Law in Private Colleges' Management

当前,我国正朝着依法治国的目标前进。在这样的时代背景下,我国的民办高等教育应加快自身的法治化进程。民办高校历经几十年的发展,取得了一定的成绩,但在法治化管理上存在不少问题,制约了自身的发展。本文探讨了高校法治化管理的内涵,以此为出发点对照分析民办高校法治化管理中存在的不足之处,并且提出相应的对策,以期提高民办高校的法治化管理水平。

At present,our country is moving towards the goal of governing the country according to law. In this background,our country＇s private higher education should also speed up the process of the rule of law. After decades of development,private colleges and universities have achieved certain results,but there are still many problems in the rule of law and management,which restricts its development.This paper discusses the connotation of legalized management of private colleges and universities. Then analyze the existing deficiencies of the rule of law in private colleges and universities,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to improve the level of legalized management of private colleges.
