协同创新视角下高校科技成果转化影响模式研究

Research on the Impacting Model of the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Universities Based on the Perspective of Collaborative Innovation

科技成果转化是增加企业效益、增强综合国力的有效途径。我国目前科研领域面临的主要问题是科技成果转化率低、转化动力不足。本文主要阐述高校科技成果运营现状及过程,同时借鉴国外先进经验,分析我国产学研模式下科技成果转化过程中存在的问题,构建适应我国当前经济发展水平和经济环境的产学研发展新模式。

Scientific research and achievement transformation have become an effective way to increase enterprise efficiency and enhance comprehensive national strength. The most important problem in the field of scientific research in China is the low conversion rate of sci-entific and technological achievements and the poor conversion motivation. This paper mainly expounds the current situation and process of the operation of scientific and technological achievements in universities. At the same time, this paper draws on the advanced experi-ence of foreign countries and analyzes the problems existing in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Chinese IUR model, and constructs a new mode of IUR which adapts to the current level of economic development and economic environment in China.
