高尿酸水平与勃起功能障碍相关性的Meta分析 被引量:1

Correlation between serum uric acid and erectile dysfunction:a meta-analysis

摘要 目的:本研究通过Meta分析对血高尿酸(UA)水平与勃起功能障碍(ED)的相关性进行评价分析。方法:通过检索维普(VIP)、万方、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Cochrane Library等数据库收集UA与ED相关性的研究,检索时限从各个数据库建库到2018年5月31日。采用Stata 10.0对数据进行分析。结果:共纳入了6篇文献,共纳入病例2 720例,其中高UA组1 592例,对照组1 128例。结果显示高UA组ED风险明显增加(OR=2.10,95%CI:1.18~3.74,P<0.05)。敏感性分析显示结果稳定,Beger’s(P>0.05)和Egger’s(P>0.05)检验提示纳入文献无明显发表偏倚。结论:高UA水平可能是ED的危险因素,由于本文纳入文献存在一定的异质性,因而还需要更多大样本的前瞻性研究来证实相关结论。 Objective:To evaluate the correlation between high uric acid(UA)concentration and eretile dysfunction(ED)by meta-analysis.Method:The articles reported the correlation between UA and ED were collected by searching VIP,Wan Fang,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM).PubMed,Cochrane Library.The time began from database established to May 31 st,2018.Stata10.0 was used to analyze the data.Result:A total of 6 articles containing 2 720 participants,including 1 592 cases and 1 128 controls,were included.The results showed that the risk of ED in high UA level group significantly increased(OR=2.10,95%CI:1.18-3.74,P〈0.05).Sensitivity analysis showed that the results were relatively stable.Beger's(P〉0.05)and Egger's(P〉0.05)showed no obvious publication bias.Conclusion:High UA level may be a risk factor for ED.As there was heterogeneity in the literature,more prospective studies are needed to confirm the conclusions.
