阴茎疣状癌的诊断及治疗(附6例报告)

Penile verrucous carcinoma:the diagnosis and treatment of 6 cases

目的:总结阴茎疣状癌的临床特点,探究其诊断及治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析我院近10年病理诊断为阴茎疣状癌患者的临床、病理资料。结果:6例患者年龄41~82岁,平均63岁,所有患者均行手术治疗(肿瘤局部切除或阴茎部分切除术),其中1例取腹股沟淋巴结活检。所有患者随访12~60个月,未见肿瘤复发。结论:阴茎疣状癌是一种临床特征鲜明的罕见肿瘤,确诊主要靠病理学检查,手术治疗不宜范围过大,预后良好。

Objective：To summarize the clinical characteristics of the penile verrucous carcinoma,and to explore the diagnosis and treatment.Method：We retrospectively analyzed the clinical and pathological data in patients with pathological diagnosis of penile verrucous carcinoma in the recent 10 years.Result：The average age of these six cases was 63（range,41-82）years old.All patients were performed surgical treatment（partial tumor resection or partial resection of penis）.Among them 1 case of inguinal lymph node biopsies was done.No tumor recurrence was found during the follow-up period of 12-60 months.Conclusion：Penile verrucous carcinoma is a rare tumor with distinctive clinical characteristic and good prognosis.Its diagnosis depends mainly on pathology examination,and surgical resection range should not be too large.
