摘要
本文对辊底炉常生产的2XXX、6XXX、7XXX系典型的合金牌号及厚度进行了固溶过程中升温速度的测试,并对测试结果进行了分析和总结。找出了辊底炉料温升温速度与板材厚度之间的关系,为辊底炉固溶热处理工艺中确定保温开始时间提供基础数据。
In this paper,heating speed tests in solution process was carried out for 2 XXX,6 XXX,7 XXX series typical aluminium alloy and thickness which producted often by roller hearth furnace,and the testing result was analyzed and summarized. The relationship between heating rate of roller hearth furnace and plate thickness was found out,which provided basic data for determining starting soaking time in solution heat treatment process of roller hearth furnace.
