摘要
煤化工废水具有可生化性差、高盐、含微生物抑制剂、水质复杂的特点,给后续的生化处理造成了困难.某工程针对煤化工废水的特性,采用"强化预处理+改良生化"工艺处理煤化工废水,系统调试并投入运行后处理的废水ρ(CODCr)≤150 mg/L、ρ(NH3-N)≤9 mg/L、ρ(TN)≤20 mg/L、ρ(SS)≤20 mg/L,各主要出水指标均达到GB 16171—2012《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》中新建企业间接向环境水体排放的要求,出水水质优于工业园区污水处理厂接管标准,达到了设计标准.结合工程实践,总结以"强化预处理+改良生化"工艺为核心的工程设计、调试运行经验,可为煤化工废水处理工程的新建、改造设计提供参考.
Coal-chemical wastewater has the characteristics of poor biodegradability, high salinity, containing microbial inhibitors and complex water quality, which makes subsequent biological treatment difficult. So the "enhanced pretreatment + improved biochemical treatment technology process was adopted to treat coal-chemical wastewater in a project, in which ρ(CODCr)≤150mg/L、ρ(NH3-N)≤9ml/L、ρ(TN)≤20ml/L、ρ(SS)≤20ml/L of the treated wastewater system, can meet The Requirement of Emission Standard of Pollutants for Coal-chemical Industry (GB 16171-2012). The effluent quality reaches the design standard of the wastewater treatment plant. Combined with the engineering practice, this paper summarizes the engineering design, commissioning operation and experience, and provides the reference for the new construction and transformation of a new facility and other coal-chemical wastewater treatment projects as specified.
