With the deepening of educational reform, the emphasis on the education of “happy outlook on life” is growing. Under such circumstance, the ideological and political education work of colleges and universities demands the reform of the ideas, methods and contents. Xuzhou Engineering College advocates the “Five-one Project” intended to cultivate the students ability of happy life, is the beneficial attempt of strengthening and improving ideological and political education.
